Looking to get some feedback about this deck. I am thinking about Cold-Eyed Selkie instead of the Courier's Capsule. If there are any suggestion please feel free. I think for your first time you rocked!!

I would want another 2-drop. Knight of the White Orchid is pretty good, so I'd try to add that. That would probably mean you want all your filter lands to make white. Something like 4 Mystic Gate, 3 Wooded Bastion is what I'd suggest. Alternatively, you could try to cut the exalted guys and play more U/G spells like Jhessian Infiltrator and Shorecrasher Mimic. Courier's Capsule and Cancel aren't very good. If you want another counterspell I suggest Remove Soul, or maybe Glen Elendra Archmage.

If I were to play UGW, I'd make it a control deck. Kitchen Finks, Chameleon Colossus, etc. Here's a decklist that won a cruise qualifier:

I'm not sure why there are no Seaside Citadels, but swap the Vivids for those and the deck seems really solid.

I was looking at a Exalted Control for Block Constructed [you know for when I go to the Hawaii Pro Tour] And I haven't done a lot with the control aspect of it yet because I haven't done the research in Shards, but from what I saw it looked like fun at least. I was running some Jhession Infiltrators because it brings a lot of early game hurt with your other exalted one drops. Anyway those were my thoughts on my deck in this archetype but I'm bad at reading decklists and visualizing strategies so hope they were useful.
