Well, that's no so much Accelerated Blue as Wise Investment Blue.

what plumeveil do? i've always felt platinum angel was too big a target. but seeing as how there is enough to keep her around, i guess then shes better then i thought.

ive been playing around with this deck alot and it is pretty good. basically every deck in the format loses to platinum angel oddly enough...
