If I can get the mana base together, this is what I would like to play tomorrow. I've wanted to play blue-green with Chameleon Colossus and Cryptic Command for a while, and this looks pretty good.

I would think that the U/G/b Merfolk deck would be better than this deck. A lot of the cards are the same, but you get Wake Thrasher, which seems pretty much just as good as Vanquisher to me.
